Seeken AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use the Seeken AI platform, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
• Log data (access times, error logs, referring URLs)

2.3 AI Interaction Data

• Queries and prompts submitted to AI assistants
• AI-generated responses (for quality improvement purposes)
• Interaction patterns and feedback provided on AI outputs

We process your personal data for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under the PDPL:

The Platform is designed for educational purposes and may be used by students. For users under 13 years of age, verifiable parental or guardian consent is required. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us data without consent, please contact us immediately.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:

• Notify the UAE Data Office without undue delay, as required by the PDPL
• Notify affected users when the breach is likely to result in high risk to their rights
• Document all breaches and remedial actions taken

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
